I had a bad experience here. I was in search of sunflowers to purchase. I stopped by this place on a weekday at 12:40pm. Upon arriving, I see a sign on the door that says "come back 12:30pm" and a phone number written below it. Since it was 10 minutes past the time it stated it will open, I called the phone number. A man answered stating he will open 2pm. Like what?! I left without the sunflowers. Too bad because I saw beautiful sunflowers from the window

This review is for something about a month prior. I order a sympathy floral arrangement online late one Thursday. Website says for next day delivery purchases need to be made at 10am. I needed them by Saturday so it should have been fine. I received no notification of delivery. I spoke with the intended recipient during Tuesday of the following week to make sure. They never received them. I emailed their website. I also called and left a voicemail. I received no call back the next day. I finally called a few times and got an answer. I was told they were delivered to some lady and they didn't send me a confirmation because they didn't have my information. This is utter garbage. I received a confirmation email which had my phone number on it. The company had my contact information.What's worse is the only woman at the household that they could have been referring to was out of town for a week. There was no woman at that house. It makes me think they delivered it to the wrong address. After going back and forth for a good 10 minutes about the whole issue I just said I'd call back. Wherever they were was loud as hell and I couldn't hear half of what was said anyway.Here's the kicker. About the 15 minutes after the phone call ended the recipient called and said they had just been delivered.Seems like they realize they screwed up and quickly tried to fix their mistake so I couldn't get a refund. Flowers were delivered 4 days after the funeral.Next day delivery never happened. This company will screw you over.

Very friendly and helpful. It's not a big florist but there's decent variety and the value is good. She actually steered me away from flowers that were from a recent shipment but were not fresh, without my asking. Will become one of my go-to places

Amazing local business! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and lively, they were well wrapped and even had the extra touches of being misted and sparkled. Prices are fair and they have a good range of flowers and plants in various colors. Was warmly greeted and customer service was excellent. Will definitely be returning!!

The service at this place needs to be better. What’s the point of purchasing same day delivery if it isn’t delivered! They ruined my surprise for my girlfriend and when you call no one answers. I would never purchase from this place again
