Found this place after searching the web for a good injera vendor. The reviews are spot on. The injera had the right fermented flavor, texture, and keeps very well. Will be coming back very soon.

Found this shop from searching for markets that sell injeras in NJ. Texture is very good; soft, gummy, and pliable. Flavor is outstanding, you get a pleasant smell of that fermented tangy smell when you open that bag reminding me of a great sourdough. Just as good as any great Injera places in the DMV area.

I am a frequent customer of Esey Market. They are so accommodating and helpful. My exclusive provider of Injera! I also love the Shiro powder! I can get berbere from my families home near by but I always choose Esey because it is so much spicier and flavorful. The location is ideal with great parking. I have yet to be disappointed by this establishment for the many years I've been coming here. I am a loyal customer!

Very helpful with my questions over the phone. They put together my order and even sent me pictures to verify what I needed was correct. Injera was PERFECT!!!! No better injera than theirs. What a great find!!
