I was yelled at and they wouldn’t let me in the store. The manager said they hate me and asked in a sarcastic to that I was so smart. He said to my friend hopefully he will make it over 4 feet tall. He called my friend 3 feet.

Pharmacy is terrible. Called to talk the pharmacist about a prescription for my toddler. The medication has been out of stock for over a month. Called around 1pm and placed on automatic hold for about 10min, finally someone answers and just says "please hold", so I continue to hold. After another 15-20min on hold, someone picks up the phone and just hangs up, it's now 1:30pm. I tried calling back and get the automatic message that the pharmacy is closed for lunch. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE PHARMACY HAS DONE THIS. The first occurance was about a month prior, about 20min before closing time.
CVS your customers require information about their medications. Not all answers can be provided through your flawed telephone system. Perhaps customers should take their prescriptions elsewhere until you can provide adequate service, during your posted business hours, to your customers.

They just picked up made me hold just before 6pm and once 6 :03 pm came around someone picked up and immediately hung up. SMH these pharmacies are getting worse by the day

Used this pharmacy for 6 months because it was closest to my home. Unfortunately, they were consistently unable to fill scripts and had to send rx to other branches. Staff had a complete lack of empathy and were unwilling (unable?) to think about how their own inadequacies hurt their customers.

I went to this location to receive an RSV vaccine. I made my appointment online. After waiting for 15 minutes the pharmacist comes to tell me that they have no RSV vaccines in the pharmacy. This ordeal was very inconvenient for me.

Upon finishing my appointment with my Doctor he told me he was going to call in my prescription and I gave them this CVS location since it was closest to my home. BIG MISTAKE. I was told they couldn’t fill it because it was on back order. And that’s ok, this medication is always on back order so I understood. I was told to call back on Monday since it was Friday afternoon and the weekend was coming up. So I call back Monday and talk to one of the assistants? And she told me it was going to be filled the next day (Tuesday) So Tuesday comes and I made sure I called first so I wouldn’t just show up there for no reason and run into a problem. But now when I called I realized on the automated answering service that usually announces my filled or unfilled prescriptions was no longer reading out any ready scripts AT ALL! I’m thinking to myself…. “Now what’s wrong!!” I get in touch with one of the assistants and she proceeds to tell me my prescription is on HOLD. She then forwarded me to the pharmacist and the pharmacist starts asking me if I have ever been on this medication before ( and I have so I answered yes ) and then she proceeds to tell me that the dose is too high and that that doctor shouldn’t of prescribed this medication to me at such a high mg (may I also add this medication is EXTENDED RELEASE and the dose is not the highest you could get AND I have been on this medication before for many years) So now instead of filling the script for me that’s back in stock she now has to contact my doctor about the dose. UNBELIEVABLE. So now I have to wait ANOTHER day. I ended up having to contact my doctor and HE reached out telling her to fill the script AS HE WROTE IT and this took another several days. It was crazy. I had to wait a whole week just to get a WEEKS WORTH of EXTENDED RELEASE medication that I truly needed. When I met with my doctor a week later to discuss how the medication was working we had to RESCHEDULE because I just received the medication that day and didn’t even get to try it yet. I should of read the reviews before ever sending my prescriptions over to this location. Do yourself a favor - choose a different CVS and read the reviews!

Just left the pharmacy 10/7/23 with my son's prescription. I would like to report the pharmacist never reconstituted the Cefdinir and I received a bottle of powder! Since they were closed when I got home I confirmed with another 24 hour CVS pharmacy that this is supposed to be done before the medication is dispensed and given to patient. Had to go out again to get distilled water to make the medicine myself!

Schedule COVID-19 appointment in advance and it gets cancelled by pharmacy. So I go in person to ask why I can't get my appointment as scheduled and I am told they are out of vaccines, but I noted they were letting Walk Ins get vaccinated . Rescheduled a second appointment and got notified that they had to cancel my appointment again. How unprofessional and disappointing is this. Please don't call to speak with them because they will not answer the phone calls, waited 30 minutes, no answer!

Been in the area a year and have dealt with them for about 6 months and no matter who it is there’s an explainable level of disfunction. From taking 20 mins to update insurance that was already in the system, to trying to apply a discount, for 10 minutes, I insisted I didn’t need because I needed to spend down my FSA to serving two customers before me. These are just some examples. And rude as all get out.

Very bad customer service come for passport pictures and find out dude was in the back on the phone and acting like he was fixing stuff on the shelf went to take to him and he said telll the lady at the register to do it for you when she had multiple customer
