The staff works very hard to be pleasant and helpful, but CVS keeps reducing the number of people so its executives can make more money. The workers do their best and are pleasant to deal with.

Called to speak with pharmacist and the prompts wouldn't allow for the request. No one should have to leave home just to have a question answered. Needto do better...
