Exceptional service! I've been a customer with multiple accounts at Columbia Bank West Orange for a while now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff, especially Nadia and Shantel, is incredibly helpful and professional, always going above and beyond to meet my banking needs. Their dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs!

Wow, Shantel Ricks made the process of applying and ultimately closing on Home Equity Line of Credit very easy. Shantel and her team are true professionals. Shantel's exhibited incredible courtesy and professionalism. Her knowledge and rapid responses to all of my questions made me feel comfortable with Columbia Bank. Also, Columbia Bank does not charge for a home appraisal, a requirement when applying for a HELOC, while most other banks do. I recommend visiting Shantel and Nadia the Assistant Branch Manager at the Columbia Bank branch in West Orange for all of your banking needs.

I have never written a review of a bank before today but felt compelled to do so. Every single time I walk into this bank, not only do they know my name, every bank employee is extremely friendly, personable, and always looking to help in anyway they can. This bank and its employees deserve a five star review because this is what banking should be.

The best banking experience of my life!! No, seriously. Each Representative is pleasant each time I walk into the bank. If I have any questions or concerns, they always follow up with a phone call to make sure the solution they gave me worked! The Branch Manager, Shantel, is amazing! She helps to make connections within her banking community of clients that are equally beneficial to each client!If i say "she goes above and beyond", it would be a huge understatement! I used to be skeptical of "smaller" banks, but Shantel and her team have totally erased that skepticism! I am extremely pleased with my experience at Columbia Bank!
