The drive-through ATM is frequently empty or not working, especially on weekends. Calls and complaints to staffers have gone unheeded. What do they have against our community?

I went in for a quick certified check and I was in and out in about two minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. I unfortunately did not get the name of the woman who greeted me, but Allyson helped me at the window and she was wonderful! Keep up the great work☺️

Worst Chase bank. Was excited there was a chase nearby but it's too new, so they're understaffed and not well informed about their own company. So yeah. Would suggest going to Verona instead.

Had some issues with fraud on several accounts and this branch really helped me out. They made it as stress free as possible. Explained everything to me and got all my money back. Highly recommend seeing Orlando Alvarado if you have any banking needs.

The Teller (young, Caucasian, male) is racist. I went in there to withdraw money and without waiting to hear my explanation, he dismissively told me to use the ATM. The reason I approached him was because the ATM was experiencing technical difficulties. However when I stepped out of line to speak to someone else, he immediately helped the second person who "surprise, surprise" was a Caucasian female who also was experiencing the same ATM issue as me. I thought West Orange was a stigma free town.
