Becky even gave us a lift back to the train station, which we really appreciated. The office closes at 5, but you can do an after-hours drop-off if you need it. Customer service was spot on, had an issue with reservation and credit card charge and they resolved it with an email within an hour, in the middle of the night. Only down side is the parking spaces are a bit small.”
