“Honestly our experience with the bank has been limited to closing an account that belonged to a deceased relative ... it took a very long time and was very frustrating. However, when we finally got to Arslan at this branch things turned around ... he was helpful and responsive and ultimately was able to help us get the account closed and the funds removed.
