This post office is never open on time! Sometimes is 9:30am and is still closed. I had complained in regards to this , but nobody cares. Is suppose to open at 9am!! This is NOT acceptable especially when you have a need to go at 9 before I go to work.

I arrived at this location at 9:20am on Nov 6th 2023 and the store was not yet open. The store is supposed to open at 9am, they were not yet ready, and was told to wait 20 minutes. Horrible service at this location.

Replacement guy Marco is providing horrible customer service this week, while waiting in line I watched him argue back in forth with other customers, then when I got to the window he attempted to argue with me during my transaction as well, even with such a long line . Doesn’t seem quite adequate for a front facing position, and a bad look for the post office

Good afternoon. This office doesn't deserve a single star. The Hindu lady who serves is very rude and lacks attention to the public, she is rude and uncooperative, she does not understand English, much less Spanish. She is always short-tempered and stubborn. Please take into account the suggestions of most clients who agree on the same thing.

Guy behind the counter said he had a bad back and couldn't handle my package and asked if I could drop it off behind the counter. My package arrived as a shredded box with all the contents lost within it.

Marks packages as out for delivery so it looks on-time then holds package at site. Staff short tempered, lack customer service skills. Worth using FedEx and UPS over their service.
