The worst post office, I’d give it zero stars if I could. They have the slowest workers, and the longest lines. It’s almost as if they do it on purpose.

They are so slow take like 25 minutes to assist one costumer if they want to compete with ups and fedex need to be better tellers

20 people were on line. 1 window was opened. 10-10:30 am...i left for the Park Ave Post Office an i got in an out in 2 minutes. Wat a difference!! Sadly they do not answer their phone either. The main post office should run beter than all the others. . sadly not in our town.

Very bad customer service, only the man who speaks Spanish (I don't know his name) and the African American girl are very friendly. But the other girls are horrible at serving the public. I think they don't like their job. They answer you with a bad temper. In short, it is an odyssey to go to this place. I say this from many experiences there.

Is suppose open at 10 but start at 10:10 and the customer service is very slow take to much time with 1 person and is 1 lady that all the time are in bad mud with the customer are the more slow. No body talk Spanish, but is a place with a lot of latin people. Bad place but we need to go there

Worst experience. Had made appointment for new passport and when I got there they asked me to go to different location and wait for 1 hour. Mind you I have toddler and a 6 year old in a snowy day

I consider that being an Office with a lot of history for West New York County, it is very abandoned. Dirty, bad customer service, nothing enabled in their areas...not even Christmas cards.Employees lacking empathy, very rude and with a bad appearance.Except Alfredo who helps and is courteous, the others don't even express themselves well.

The girl who helped me was very calm, a brunette, everything was fine, she sent me to take my passport photo and she came back and called me before some people who were already waiting because I already had most of my process done. She deserves the 5 stars. I didn't have any inconvenient

Very unfortunate that this post office almost never has people working. Expect a long line and take at least 1 hour of your day to send a package or letter.

The post office is supposed to open at 10 am. The lady behind the counter didn't even arrive to her booth until 10 after 10 and didn't officially open with a huge line until 10:15. I know that's nit much but when you have to be at work it becomes a huge burden. They are understaffed. It's unfair to the employee and patrons. I came to pick up certified mail only to find out that they could not even locate it. So now I've been in the Post Office for an hour because of this And my boss is livid due to something beyond my control.
