I had an incredible experience with Maria & William. They made sure to be HONEST and lead with the best service! It’s tricky as a woman to go into an auto shop but these folks run a very professional business. I highly recommend them!!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Tri-State Auto Repair, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue with my car, but they actually managed to damage it even further. The owner, Maria, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As if that wasn't bad enough, they had the audacity to charge me a tax of 6.25% without even providing a receipt. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this disaster of an auto repair shop.

They are a bunch of thieves, first they said an amount, then they came out with more things, in the end that bill was triple and after what happened taking the car out of there, they damaged another piece, I really don't recommend it, don't go there
They say they steal to make more money but they are worse off without clients. ..... thieves..... 😡😡😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I was very satisfied with my first visit to this place. Gentle and honest staff. They have 4 bays for car lift so they can take you on walk-in unless they are too busy.Will go again.

I took my car for an oil change and everyone was efficient and courteous. I explained to them how I was in kind of a rush and they had me out of there in 20 minutes. Their level of professionalism was like no other auto service center I have been to. Highly recommend.

I came here and they figured out the issue with my truck within 10 minutes of looking into it.
