I took my 1 year 3 month puppy to get his hair groomed since this place had good ratings but first the haircut wasn’t even good. I didn’t complain since I’m not that type of person. My dad went to pick up my dog and mentioned that they were just rushing to get him done and out the door. I took him today to PetSmart which I always had except for the time I came here. I was surprised to see that my puppy was trembling to go and wouldn’t let the groomer take him inside. He kept panicking and crying as he saw me getting ready to leave. He became anxious and the groomer told me if he was always like that. I told him no and mentioned that he would run and wag his tail and greet everyone there. She made me realize that the only reason could be is that this place could have mistreated him or been harsh as they were trying to groom him and get him out before they close. Excuse my rant and long post but I will NEVER be coming back because after coming here my dog became very anxious going to the groomers and I have never seen him go from a lovely sunshine to a very terrified dog. This gets one star because if I could I would give them 0 stars.

Best Place to purchase quality dog clothes and customized fitting offered for select outfits!!! Also, if you have a small dog the daycare is affordable!

Love this mom 'n pop shop/service! I've taken my corgi here multiple times, and was always pleased with the results every time. He comes back soft, and his nails are clipped. No harm to the dog at all. Well priced compared to other pet groomers! I recommend this place in a heart beat for any pet owner for their dogs!

Great service. The groomers know how to do the traditional schnauzer cut which was impossible to find anywhere in NJ.

I’ve taken my dog here several times for full grooming as well as nail clipping. The owners are always very accommodating and friendly. They do a great job and take great care of my pup. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely come keep coming back!

I live in WNY and have tried a lot of groomers around here and Starbarks has been my go to groomer for my dog King. I was so happy to find them I've been going to them for almost 5 years now. It's a man and woman who run the shop they are very nice people. Making an appointment is easy and they have always been on time with me.

When I take my two dogs (Buddy and Bella) they always come out happy. They are professionals when comes to grooming. Our pets always come out neatly and stylishly groomed. They don't leave the dogs in the cage for hours waiting for their turn. The staff is very kind and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. They are truly a five-star grooming service.

we LOVED this place, they did an amazing job on both my Maltese and they are home so happy and looking beautiful! even offered pet taxi services which made life so much easier. definitely the best place to go in the area.
