Worst place, but then again this is WNY so I shouldn't be surprised. Guy took forever to get off the phone and offer to help as he literally stared at me pulling up (not like theres much business at this place anyway), I ask for a tire patch , since its fancy mustang the guy says I need a new tire , that should have been my first warning to leave. Instead I tried to give him a chance and left with busted $100 wheel locks and still with a leaky tire. This place is a joke give up and just sell to the real estate high-rises taking over the place. Not like you'd know how to work on the expensive cars those future renters will have.

So I rarely use Yelp and especially to put bad reviews about a place.However I do not want anyone else to fall victim here as I did with a 5 star review and the fact that this was close and in the neighborhood.First I will tell you all the nice cars you see are most likely people who park there as you can pay a fee and park in that lot,which looks good as I thought he was working and trustworthy mechanic having so many nice high end cars there. So I take my car there they kept it over the weekend and told me it would be done Monday,charged me $337 which was steep but it go's with the territory.So it drove that day fine went and did a few errands.The very next morning it broke down again less than 24hrs , so i call and have it towed back them.They tell me something different now and that it can not be fixed.SO I get a second opinion and have it fixed for $200 and was told they did not do the work right the first time.A good trustworthy mechanic is hard to find now days.Just do yourself a favor look elsewhere as Skyline Service Center was not to trustworthy.

I highly recommend this place! Honesty at a good price. What can I say look at all the cars in his lot. I guess word is out !!! Thanks for taking such good care of my 2001 Volvo s60!!!
