Poor store experience. I stopped by to get 2 sandwiches chips etc. I asked for napkins after walking around the store and was told the store ran out. I was also told both bathrooms were out of service.
How can a store run out of napkins.? Why not open a paper towel from the store and hand one out to the clients? I really felt l should have requested a refund.
Employees were not eager to assist and all 3 were extremely dismissive. I visited this store on 09/02/24 at 7:15pm.

The worst QuickCheck I’ve ever seen in my life time. Bad Costumer Service, nasty, food spilled over the counters, no bathroom for costumers, no house blend coffee, no Lactaid milk, no napkins and so on. I’ll never comeback again.

08/09/2024 at 0551 a.m. -- Poor customer service. The rep at the food service counter spoke in a disrespectful manner when attempting to order food, for no reason!!! I walked right out. People/patrons/customers should always be treated with respect, especially when there was no initial offense.

I went to pickup a package and I also bought a sandwich with a cold drink. I had to use their bathroom and there was feces in the men's toilet, worst part is that the toilet didn't flush. There needs to be more than one toilet and more than one urinal in the men's bathroom. This is just basic hygiene.

I like it but it seems like the store shelves and refrigerators are either empty or have a few items out especially the ice cream section. I go there a few times and the ice cream section is empty for 2 weeks. It’s like they refill the store with items once a week. I would give it more stars if they can have the store stocked more often with items especially the ice cream.

Do not go to this store, they have rats literally in the chips section, this is the 2nd time i’ve mentioned to their employees and they mention that they’ve told management and management doesn’t do anything about it. I’ve also ordered sandwiches from here before and the bread is sour and tastes old like it had mold. This is truly disgusting and management needs to step in do their jobs! This is gross!
