Filthy and disgusting experience. If you come across someone named Reina stay away. I had and appointment and I have email and text confirmation ready with date and time but she start claiming that I don’t have appointment. Second time I said I have appointment and I showed email and text she didn’t care and treated me like I did something wrong. It’s really disappointing for me to stop by at this place for my drug test. STAY AWAY!

Norma and Ana excellent techs at this location. Norms , which I know for over 10 years due to my son's chronic illness that required lab work , her empathy and care precedes her job skill.
Thanks so much . Today 5/25/25 these two wonderful women along with another tech helped Daniel feel comfortable and got lab work done. God bless them.

Very poor knowledge of the technicians, provider clearly printed and checked list of all blood works required on Quest form, but technician failed to take all blood works.
If you have many blood works required, please check and confirm before leaving to make sure they captured everything.

The overall experience was pretty good. When I arrived, somehow the suite door was locked, I knocked the door and another patient in the waiting room opened it for me. Check-in kiosk was easy to use but slow, there was no one when I arrived but got 5 to 6 people after me when I finished. I scheduled appointment so didn't wait long, everything else after that was smooth.

Just had my blood test done, and normally I go with one specific woman, who is very sweet and gentle. Today I had another woman named Reina, who was apathetic and awful. I was trying to make conversation and she took everything too seriously. And I asked her some questions about the tests, and she just shrugged her shoulders saying “I don’t know”. Couldn’t answer any questions because she didn’t want to.
I understand having to tell me that there are certain tests that are not covered by my insurance, but then she kept humming to herself as if there’s not a care in the world. In fact, she gave me the wrong information about my coverage. And she was insistent about it. Also, she was Very insensitive. I’m 66. You would think that she would have been gentle, but she jabbed the needle in my arm and it excruciatingly painful. I’ve NEVER cried during blood tests ,and yet, she caused a lot of pain, and i still can’t stop crying from the pain i’m in and I’m also very nauseous. She has no clue as to how to be gentle with people. She always has a resting b face. And that humming was so incessant and rude. If I ever go back, I’ll go to the other lady who is very nice. But I doubt I’ll go back at this point, despite the fact that it’s so convenient for me bc it’s close to home.
