I've been banking at Provident for over 20 years. Not the drive thru but the regular branches....I've had the opportunity to open up an account at other Banks, but the personal service that I get from this bank is above anything else. It's a people bank and that's what's important 4 stars...why not 5.... They need to get more current with ATM use and online services but otherwise love this Bank.

09/15/2020. 2:20pm ! lady on drive thru would rather stay on the phone i guess talking to a client ( but all i heard was mami! Diff kind of way to talking to clients i guess ) instead of telling me hold a min or something she even Wont give me my balance account with NO CARS behind me !this lady its sooo rude!!!!! Service its horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it’s the only bank in America without an ATM. I was a customer for 30 years . I got tired of paying other bank’s ATMs to access my money.

It's a booth with no air conditioner and The lady that works the front window is a j**** No patience at all.
