Rene has been helping us with our taxes since 2016 and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We have learned a lot from him about our taxes and we always look forward to working with him at the start of every year. If we could give him a 6-star rating, we would because a 5-star rating doesn't feel adequate in relation to how happy we have been with him.

I made the mistake of procrastinating on 4/16, 4.5 hours of turbotax later, I gave up. Desperate, I went to H&R Block they actually tried to charge me + $500 and the woman had no clue what she was talking about. My old CPA in NYC wasn't even that expensive, and this person was a "tax analyst" translation she read a book and went to a training class. Needless to say I couldn't leave their office fast enough. I saw the reviews for lotaxes.com and luck was on my side as they were actually willing to take me on as a new client at this late stage and still do my taxes (I dropped off my tax package and pickled up my return next day). They lived up to everything they advertise, reasonable fees, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I am so grateful to have found them. They took the pain away from an incredibly stressful experience.

I was told about lotaxes.com by a friend and got in contact with Rene, the owner, whose email is listed on their website. He was very informative and pleasant to speak with - he told me what documents they would need from me and accepted them via email. They were super responsive and gave me an amazing rate. I will 100% be returning next year. Can't see myself ever going back to the NYC accounting firm I'd been using - it was a nightmare and their tax prep fees were so expensive compared to my experience here.

Ari has been doing my taxes for over 5 years now. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time answering any questions. She tries very hard to get you the best income tax return. What can I say about Paola? She's kind, understanding and professional above all. I had 8 years of taxes I never filed. I was really nervous about what would happen to all my income and assets. She provided me with the facts and set my mind at ease. She filed all the paperwork and mailed me the results so I didn't even have to go into the office.
