The experience there is horrible, you go and ask on the phone and they don't even enter your account. The manager, if you can call her, has a very bad attitude towards the client.

It is one of the worst stores I have ever set my foot in. All these reviews about them adding insurance, protection plans and other non sense to your account and lying to you by saying that those are "taxes and fees" are all true. When they refuse to show you their screen or dont show any details on the printed receipt, that itself should have been a big red flag. I caught them in this act, and when confronted they apologized and said will fix it right away. Then they ported my umber and I am looking at them to fix it and this woman pretends like that conversation didnt even happen and asked me to deal with customer service. Never seen this level of hard core corruption ever. If you ever need to step into this store, wear a body camera or just take your dash cam with you as you cant trust whats coming out of their mouth.

This location is full of bored employees, been coming here for years and this group of employees has to be the most disrespectful. Management needs to revise their hiring process.

Bad. The staff manipulates the information to not leave details visible that can increase the costs of your purchase. Be careful, that store is no longer a corporate office.
