This building is great and the regional manager Natasha Taylor is amazing. She ensures that her buildings are running smoothly and that the workers are always in line. Ensuring that the building meets its highest quality and its tenants are well taken care of!!

Lived for almost three years and never had any problem. Maintenance request were always taken care even the same day. PM is really friendly and attentive. Location is perfect if you work in Manhattan, and also have a plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Highly recommended ! Living here makes me feel safe , comfortable and I always look forward to coming home. Management is always friendly and on top of making their tenants happy.
