“I have been looking for a particular scotch for about 2 years and couldn’t find it anywhere. I would look online, find it, call the store, no one would have it. This particular day, last month, I tried looking again and located this scotch at Craigie on Park. I immediately called and was told they not only have it there, but they have several bottles. They told me that they would put a few bottles on the side for me until I could get there. I live in south Jersey, so, it wasn’t very convenient for me to get there, but I was there within a week. I called the store to tell them I would be there later that night.The employees at the liquor store were very courteous and accommodating. When I walked in, I told them what I was interested in, and they had it right on the counter waiting for me. This liquor store has a bid variety of all your favorites. I would recommend shopping here for all your alcohol needs. I would only hope that they would ship my favorite scotch to me when I run out!”

“Asked John (believe he was manager) regarding some beer that I was looking for. He went to the back cooler and confirmed they didn’t have it. Ok no big deal…I could’ve lived without today. However, he then reached out to their Hoboken location…which did have it. From there he suggested/highly recommended that they could deliver directly to my apartment…which he arranged effortlessly.
I shouldn’t be surprised, because these were basic customer service practices that should be done…but unfortunately most do not go this level. Kudos to the team at Giannone Wine and Liquor for doing the right thing and maintaining the highest level of customer service!!!”
