decided to redo my 2001 isuzu rodeo there.. i think the words used were "make it look like factory"giving a 2 for the following reasons:pro:+1 likeable people. mostly dealt with Mark, very nice guy+1 overall the car was repaired and painted the color i wanted, it did look better than when i brought it in: my cost $7500+0 flexible, since I travel up and down the northeastcons:1. the prep was awful. I'm, to this day, dealing with random paint chipping away. I took it back twice, and to their credit they fixed it .. but now I don't have the time to do that, so I need to take it to local shops near me, at my cost, all say the same thing: the prep was not done right.my cost so far: $900. Same shops quoted me 4500 for the same work.... well anywhere from 4000-5500 to be fair. I paid $7500 with Kennedy Auto Body2. initial estimate of a couple months, ended up being morr than a year. car wasn't really moved on for that amount of time. the car rubber cracked since not moving. replace almost all radiator and throttle body hoses..actually the radiator popped open (plastic) on the drive home. .. cost: $4253. lost unique accessories to the car. car is fairly rare, the accessories rarer. also had a roof rack on at the time, which they lost pieces to. I was advised not to put it on for atleast 6 months, to save the paint.. however I realized when I went to put on the rack, pieces were missing.. also. my cost so far for roof rack parts: $300 and I can't even find the factory accessories anymore. probably never will. they blamed their worker who no longer works there.3. the detail: details matter. i was returned the car, after a year, with a bunch of powered, hardened body compound all over the car, from all the other cars work. they thought it was ok to give me the car in that state. they did take it back and use some special liquid to remove it. andom screws and bolts are missing from when they put the body back together . still finding missing bolt holes to this day ...cost:couple bucks but Time consuming4. communication: again they are super likeable people and I didn't want to leave this review, but ultimately they just ghosted me when asking for status of the accessories, even to reimburse me, or the paint chips, so much that I don't even bother reaching out anymoreit looks like a nice shop, I support local businesses but will not recommend or bring back any other pieces to them.long story short: paid about $9125 and lots of time for a $5500 paint job.they aren't built to take on work like this.... What can I say, excellent service! I dealt with Mark, who was a real pleasure to deal with - he was friendly, and very efficient. Looked at my car, gave me a quote that was reasonably priced, and sure enough the work was done exactly the way I expected it to be, on time, and was of a high standard. I came to KFB with a damaged panel, the one below the doors on the drivers side for my 2006 Accord. They spent several weeks looking for the part, only discovering that it had been discontinued by manufacturers and was not available via ebay, junkyards, etc. etc. Because they felt bad about that and wanted to help me they offered to do work they normally don't, which was to repair the panel via welding, then paint and reattach. I am very appreciative of their efforts and highly recommend KFB if you need body work.Services: Painting

I own a fleet of car rentals through and I recommend the auto body shop. Mark was very professional and clear what was going to happen with the insurance company. My car sharing company even gave them more money than the estimate. The car was repair quickly and I was able to put the car back on the rental market.

The customer service i experience putting my car in this shop was great. They got all the repairs done in 8 days just as described. And the repairs looked wonderful. The issue i had was the service i received when i went to pick up the car. As i walked in there were 4 people in the office and not one spoke to me, greeted me or asked how can i help you when i walked in. One of the men even had his feet up on the desk. There was also a woman who was behind the counter who kept saying she didn’t work at the shop and she was just the mother. I found this to be very rude and off putting. On top of no one speaking to me…..No one explained the pick up process to me. Until i asked, and that was after one of the workers came from the back room asked my name and told he was pulling up the car. He was very nice and told me the shop is family owned. He apologized for the lack of customer service his family showed me. And they also apologized when i walk in to sign paperwork that they couldn’t find because the woman who checked me in was off. Overall the car repair work was great but the customer service is lacking hard.
