I had a "diagnosing your pc" error on my laptop. First I went to a different repair shop and they said the SSD is broken and needed to be replaced. Then I took the laptop to Alex. He fixed it and recovered all my data. As the first repair shop said, the SSD is not broken. I definitely recommend his service. He is very friendly and kind guy. Thank you again Alex!!

He helped me get my computer working again. I only needed to get the BIOS resetted by taking out the coin battery inside and holding the power button down so he didn't charge me anything. Will definitely come back for future problems!
