I was waiting for someone at the door of their house and owner came out and said leave because she doesn't want the drunks in the area to think they could do the same. I mentioned i was waiting for someone. She said she was the owner of the building. I was so embarrassed for her and she reminded me we were in WNY. I moved a foot away onto the next property. I have shopped there before. Not again.

I live around the corner from here and called just to ask the price of a basic Don Julio reposado. I was out running errands and wanted to check in case I can just pick up a bottle by my house instead of stopping by a store. Let me tell you the woman who answered the phone was rude. Said she had too many people and couldn’t give me the price of the bottle how do you not even know? That’s a basic ask. and hung up on me. First of all I’ve been to this store before it’s super small from the front to the back must be not even 20 steps it’s like the size of a master bedroom. The fact she couldn’t take 2 seconds to look behind her for the price is ridiculous. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The girl who answered the phone has a very bad way of serving customers. I placed an order for delivery and waited 35 minutes then called and he told me I still had to wait. I called again after 10 minutes to see if I could cancel my order and he said Canceled and hung up on me. I called again and they didn't want to answer me anymore. Very bad customer service

It was my first and last time going to this place; the customer service is lousy; it's a business I know; I'm also the owner of a small business in this community, but embarrassing a customer in front of others is a lack of ethics and empathy. The workers or owners of this establishment believe that they are the only ones doing business in the community, and they don't know how to treat customers.
