I’ve been to so many gyms but CKO is a family. As soon as you walk in- you’re treated with care and motivation. The coaches are well rounded and well equipped. Every class is so much fun. Just go see for yourself!

“Man, I love this place. I can say so many great things about ECF, but why don't you just experience it for yourself if you haven't already? As someone who has never been fit since day one, I never thought I'd stick around, but the community and support I receive from all the coaches keeps me motivated.
