HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The owner of the store is unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful!! My family and I went to go check out dresses for my niece's 15 birthday, and as soon as we walked in, he treated us like we were peasants, telling us we couldn't look at the dresses, that if we wanted to see them we could go by some photos he had hanging on his wall! Like, excuse me, what is the point of owning a boutique if we have to go by some photos? You should sell online vs. in-person if you're going to be treating people like if they're unworthy.. As you all can see, it's not the 1st time this owner gets bashed. Please save yourself the hassle and don't bother dealing with bad customer service.

This place is ridiculous to shop. The man that was working is absolutely rude yelling at me to not to look at the dresses physically to just look at the pictures. Constantly yelling at me asking what am I looking for and that the prices are there for me to look at. How can anyone shop in that kind of manner? Horrible place DO NOT GO!

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE OWNER, AN OLDER MAN, JUST ENTERED THE STORE, DIDN'T LET ME TOUCH ANY DRESSES. HE WAS RUDE, HE SAID TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED AND I'LL LOOK FOR IT. THEY WERE ALL STACKED WRAPPED IN PLASTIC BAGS AND THEY COULD NOT BE SEE. HE TOOK ME 2 HORRIBLE DRESSES AND TOLD ME IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BUY YOU CAN'T MEASURE IT. UNGRATEY OLD MAN. ABUSER AND LACK OF RESPECT. IN THE END I SPENT MY $250 AT A STORE CALLED CAPRICIOUS LOCATED THREE BLOCKS AWAY AT (5022 Bergenline Ave, West New York, New Jersey, 07093) FURTHER UP WHERE THE DRESSES ARE AFFORDABLE. THE VERY KIND LADY MEASURED IT FOR ME AND GAVE ME SOME HEELS. AND I ALSO REDUCED THE PRICE. HAVING A 3 STAR IS A LUXURY FOR HER. THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT.

He yelled at me!!!!
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. I can’t believe prom dress shopping for my daughter went from a potential sale to the man yelling at me because I wanted to look at the other dresses on the rack other than what was shown on the wall. It’s obvious not everything is on the wall. I couldn’t believe he started raising his voice at me because I didn’t agree with them pointing out what to wear.
Incredulous!!!! Buyer beware of bias and unsolicited advice of what to wear.

What a DISGUSTING experience. Went to find a graduation dress with the help of my family. The man immediately set off red flags the moment we walked in. I found a dress that looked nice but decided to look at other stores before deciding to buy that dress. We came back a while later, asking to try on the dress once more, even stating that we were gonna buy it but was treated with absolute disrespect. We ended up leaving and they lost a customer. Save your time and money, don’t go there.

Absolutely disgusting service. Off the bat when I walked in and looked at the dress, the male salesperson yelled out the price in my face while giving me a disgusting look. Keeping in mind that I wasn’t allowed to take any pictures or touch anything. My sisters, dad, and I were looking for a dress for my younger sister’s graduation. We came back to buy a dress that my little sister liked. My sister was talking to him asking if she can try the dress on again and he started yelling at us and accusing us of taking pictures of the dress. We didn’t end up buying that dress. I’m warning everyone right now. Don’t buy anything from there. Absolutely pathetic how he treats his customers. The way he acts makes the dresses seem like they are bad quality. DO NOT GO. That place is a disgrace of a boutique.

The worst customer service. Please don’t go here. The guy was so rude, from the moment my family and I entered. The lady however was wonderful and was very kind. We had wanted to look around to see our options but we decided to go back. When we did we wanted to try the dress one more time and the guy responded rudely saying “why you already took a picture?”It’s not worth having business with this establishment.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER received. Nice dresses but to be able to sell you have to at least be a nice decent person able to hold a genuine conversation. As soon as I walked in I was told over 3 times in an angry manner to just look at the pictures on the wall instead of looking at the dresses in front of me. I was trying to look at the QUALITY as that’s equally important as design but the man is a horrible salesman. He makes the dresses look bad by the way he acts. Refuses to let try on ANYTHING until you purchase- and says so multiple times without being asked. He also questioned if I was even ABLE to buy the dress. Mind you prices are not over $300-400 so no reason to even act like that.

DO NOT COME IN THIS STORE. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TOUCH, TRY ON OR EVEN LOOK AT THE DRESSES UNTIL YOU BUY. YOU CAN'T EVEN LOOK OR ELSE HE'LL TELL YOU YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME AND TO SIMPLY LOOK AT THE WALL. MY SISTER WAS TREATED HORRIBLY HERE. Not only are we NEVER coming back we are warning EVERYONE looking for a dress to skip this spot and support a business who is owned by KIND individuals who make looking for the perfect dress simple not TURN IT INTO AN ARGUMENT.

THE MAN in the store IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE customer service as soon as my daughter walked out the store she was crying because that man screamed at her to only look at the dresses on the wall, AND IMPLIED SHE COULDNT EVEN AFFORD THE DRESS. My daughter is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and for her to have been treated as such is heartbreaking to me. DO NOT support a place who is unnecessarily RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE WHO COME IN WITH GOOD INTENTIONS.

Very nice dresses yes, but the man who serves is RUDE, he said that he doesn't like clients to try on more than one dress, he said that he would return to us when we knew the style of the dress to go and buy without having to try them on, it seems that He did us a favor ?. If you like to see how dresses fit before buying, this place is not for you!

Tried this place for what is the 5th and final time. I went in with my daughter looking for a dress for junior prom. I was hopeful bc we were able to look at dresses for a whole 2 minutes before being hovered over. The incredibly rude man that I assume is the owner came over asking questions about what we were looking for, I answered prom but a short dress. My daughter and I had already spotted one dress she wanted to try on so I grabbed her a medium and handed it to her as I continued to look. He approached my daughter and snatched the dress from her, held it up to her and said that’s too small and grabbed an XL. She snatched back the medium and said no. I missed this interaction as I was looking and he said again what are you looking for and I said we’re not sure she needs to try different style dresses until she finds what she likes. He said no. This time unlike the visits before I challenged him. I told him what do you mean no, she needs to figure out what she likes he said she can try a couple that’s how I do it. I responded I’ve been in your store 5 times do you know how many times I’ve bought something zero!!! Bc you don’t let people try things. He is an awful man!!! He told a teenage girl she was too big for a dress that she ended up trying on in a medium and it was a perfect fit. She didn’t love it so that was the end of our visit there. Do not allow your teen girls to be degraded by this rude man. The damage he can do to a teen is so evident by todays events.

This place was anything but Glamorous! It was hot, they require masks, they follow you around and don’t want you to touch the merchandise. They tell you it’s shown on the wall and it’s not!!! Then you point to something on the wall of pics and they tell you that won’t work. They’re so rude!!! Go to La Moda Fina Inc. right up the road. Their prices were better the woman was so helpful, cheerful and polite. This is a must skip!!!

The service was very disgusting. As soon as you walk in, the male associate insists you give him your budget, and does not let you look around the store. We were pointing out which dress caught our eye and he did not think we could afford it. The profiling was very disgusting and discouraged me to stay in their business. If this is how they treat their customers I do not want to support them.
