Bad communication. Delayed repairs. Dropped off car beginning of September and Robert the owner promised that my car would be repaired before end of September.. ended up being complete by the end of October. Worst yet, they submitted an invoice to my insurance on the day I was picking up car, which caused the owner to call me and tell me he wouldn’t give me my car back until the insurance paid for the invoice or if I had $3k up front. mind you he had over 2 weeks to submit all of this. Overall, very BAD customer service, poorly managed and over promises to their clients. Atleast the repair was ok!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We took our car for a very straightforward dent repair and they totally screw up our claim with the insurance. After 6 MONTHS!!!! of waiting for Yahaira to process the claim with Progressive she says ‘oh we don’t work with Progressive anymore’. An utter and absolute waste of time. This business should not exist period!

I will be forever thankful to Final Touch Collision Body shop. A tree fell on my car and damaged my roof and windshield, and even when roofs were out of stock for months Roberto was able to get one to replace and return my car back!
My car was returned like brand new!
Definitely accompany you can trust!

They repainted my whole front end. Very thorough job. I am really picky and very pleased with the quality of work. They are very busy. If you are patient and don't mind waiting for perfection, this is your place.
