They repainted my whole front end. Very thorough job. I am really picky and very pleased with the quality of work. They are very busy. If you are patient and don't mind waiting for perfection, this is your place.

I got poor service in this place they took longer than what they said. Also, they never gave me updates about my car repair. I don't recommend this place.

This review doesn’t reflect actual work performed as we didn’t get that far but is based on horrible communication and customer service throughout my process. After some chasing and back and forth I was told by their scheduler that they would be able to squeeze me in before the end of the year which I was grateful for . They knew I was going to be out of the country but told. them that wouldn’t be an issue as I made arrangements for someone to come from out of town to drop off the car at 7am on the day and time they confirmed with me. On that day my car was dropped off promptly at 7am per their request. Roberto even came out and spoke to my father about the repair work that was going to be done. Cut to 1pm and I get a phone call overseas telling me that I have to pick my car up immediately that they can no longer do the promised work at that time due to staffing issues they have been having. What I don’t understand is why no call was made prior to dropping off the car and why at no point did Roberto who’s family business it is ever say anything that morning. What is furthermore disappointing is when I was told the work could no longer be performed I asked several times to speak to Roberto to get some clear answers on this debacle and was told he was unavailable. Even while we scrambled to make arrangements to get the car relocated I asked to have him call me back when he was available and at no point did he ever return my call or even bother to send an email to apologize. It is clear that the way things are run here is a bit of a disorganized mess.

Robert is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that my expectations are met. This shop has done an amazing job numerous times especially with matching bmw metallic white paint which is so difficult to do. I highly recommend this shop if you have high end or special colored vehicles.

I had a green light on Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick, NJ.Their driver in a huge flatbed tow truck turned left in front of me even though i had green light and right of way, had to hit breaks to not get in an accident. I wouldn't want this company driving in my town, going to end up killing someone if they keep driving this way. Really crazy someone in a large truck like this would be cutting off cars turning in front of them. Think they need to train their drivers better.

I've been going to this shop for over 20 years and Robert and his staff never disappoint. This time around I needed some work done on a carbon fiber item for my s2000. I live 30 mins away and final touch was backed up for weeks so I checked a couple local spots before and they all declined to work on it due to the sensitivity of the material. Some shops would do it but wouldn't guarantee the work and charged more which made no sense.. Rob and his crew welcomed me and took the challenge as usual and got it done in 2 days with no doubts or concerns about it.Thank you for the great work
