But I came back because I couldn't call outside the US because I had an unlimited plan. When they saw my account they asked me if I had purchased insurance? I didn't say but the saleswoman had given me insurance without consulting me with lies, that's why she charged me $70. It was for the insurance, not because it was the first time. I complained to the saleswoman and she said she doesn't remember and that I apologize but she didn't give me the money back. That's why I think it's not a serious company with values because they deceived me.”
