If I could give it 1,000 stars I would give it, I went today to have a moisturizing treatment with Alexandra and it was spectacular Crailyn cut my ends and my hair had never looked so beautiful, I have very fine hair and I was scared that they would burn it but On the contrary, I wish I had seen the salon before, if you have the opportunity to come, don't hesitate❤️

First time visiting this Dominican hairdresser in West New York, and I'm impressed! She did an excellent job, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely be returning!

As an expert in Dominican blowouts ;-) I can attest that this place is in my top 3 in all of NJ and rivals if not exceeds NYC standards. They do an excellent job at protecting your hair health and the prices are fair.
I only wish they were open on Sun too. Be prepared to wait, because the clientele is loyal, so the lines can be long.

My hair was extremely damaged due to my dying it blonde, so I dyed it dark brown and started looking for a salon that I could trust with my hair, After my first visit I was so happy with the way me & my hair were cared for. I still get my hair done, if not weekly then every other week. My hair is so much healthier, I'm so happy with my results. All the stylists are amazing. I love this place, and definitely will recommend it to everyone.

Today I was very early to get my hair done, when the lady who opened the salon arrived I said good morning and greeted her very energetically and with joy, like good Dominicans... But that was enough for the lady to close the door and not They attended to me, well I had to go somewhere else...

I’ve been coming for 10+ years!!! i love this hair salon and every worker in there. every time i come in they great me like im family , the best feeling ever❤️ i’ve been blonde , red , black, long hair, short hair all at this salon!
Hair type: i have really THICK curly hair and they always get it pin straight every time!!!

Owner is rude and thinks she is better than other people. Told me to “trust” her when she recommended weave for my hair. The thing got completely tangled in my hair. I went to take it out and she closed the door on me. Went again and she picked at it and said I have to come back. Went again the third time and she didn’t even have the decency to take it out herself. Delegated it to another lady who tugged and cut until it was finally out. At least she had the patience to undo what her boss did. It was very sad to look at after the fact. My hair is not even a third of the volume it was and I have all the pictures to prove it!I am finding out that product should NEVER be recommended for thin or fine hair. Mine is both! So I guess she got $300 extra out of me. But this is not the woman you want to see if you want healthy hair. And on top of that she is disrespectful and dismissive.If you go, just make sure you see someone other than Crailyn. The other stylists are very nice.

Crailyn's Hair Salon is the best hair salon I've been to! The women working there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Crailyn, the owner is the sweetest, friendliest person. She is an expert in any hair style! As a male in his 20's, I feel comfortable walking in and sitting in any of the chairs knowing I will receive great service. The employees know English and Spanish, I give this salon a 10/10, it is worth giving them a try!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
