“Nine times out of ten, I use the ATMs. Once in a great long while, I need to go inside and meet with a teller to process my transaction. The lobby is always clean, and the garbage container is tall and conveniently located next to the recycling container. All the staff members with whom I have interacted are professional, helpful and friendly. I enjoy having options being a Chase Bank customer.”

“I was recently robbed, and the robbers took my iphone and had access to my iphone. They were able to access my bank accounts and tried to drain my bank accounts . I physically went to capitol one ( west new York branch ) and met with the fraud specialist HECTOR. HECTOR is a blessing ! He is an absolute expert, very patient and helped guide me through the claims and helped me get all my money back. He even waited with me after the bank closed to ensure that the claims were good ( bank closed at 5 and I had to get there kind of late due to work ) , and provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend for anyone that is dealing with a fraud problem to go and see Hector ! This world needs heros like Hector !
