I've never personally done business with this company but I've heard enough around the block about the cars on the lot. Buyer beware.

***UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 3RD*** SHORTLY AFTER I MADE THIS REVIEW, BOTH PASSENGER SIDE TIRES ON BOTH MY VEHICLES WERE STABBED IN THE SIDEWALLS, AND YES I HAVE THE VIDEO OF THE LOVELY PERSON COMING TO MY VEHICLES, DOING THE STABBING ON 4 TIRES(BOTH MY JEEP AND CHEVY, AND CROSSING BACK OVER TO THAT PLACE). VINDICTIVE BUSINESS!!! DOESNT LIKE THE TRUTH BEING TOLD, SO PICK ON A SINGLE MOTHER OF A DISABLED CHILD, DISPICICABLE!!!Just giving you guys a heads up, don't ever, EVER, go to Caymans auto or buy a vehicle from there. This guy put a trailer in his lot today, hits my parked truck, and kept going, then further, hid his truck in the back of his lot. This is the same business that I paid to fix my blending motor and thermostat in my truck, after I Paid him in full for the job, even before he started, he left my truck to sit in his lot for just over two weeks. I live across the street, so I went over there every couple of days to check if anything was started, nothing ever got repaired, he kept my money, and told me it was fixed, not only was it NOT fixed, they also additionally broke the slider knobs off my thermostat and then denied it. I made a review on yelp and the owner called me across the street and started to yell at me in my face, like I was a small child, waving his fingers, screaming, vulgarity, the whole 9, and DEMANDED that I remove the review. The review still remains. After I asked him who's going to paid for my damage today, he just kept asking me for the video, which I have no problem sending, but my phone did.."file is too large to send". Shady business, don't EVER go there. And further, when I went to get the plate information off the truck he was driving, he took the plates off the front and back of the vehicle so I couldn't report it!!!

This business needs to start taking responsibility for its mistakes instead of making matters worse by harrasing people whose property they damage. Hit and run is not ok. No place for that in our community. No place for retaliation for freedom of speech either.

I'd be filing a report with the BBB and find a lawyer who can handle the legal part for bullying and destroying personal property! Unprofessional at it's finest! Definitely this place should be closed down.

Are you people seriously harassing the lady across the street because she left you thugs a bad review? After you also stole her money and damaged her car? Judging by the rest of the poor reviews it seems very possible.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service I bought a car and I thought that because it was from a dealer it was in good condition and I did not take it to the mechanic and shortly after buying it it turned off because the alternator was welded when I went to tell the man who attends to see if he gave me some solution iso the misunderstood for that reason I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR IN THAT DEALER.(Original)Pésimo servicio compre un carro y pensé que por ser de dealer estaba en buen estado y no lo lleve con el mecánico y al poco tiempo de comprarlo se me apago porque el alternador estaba soldado cuando fui a decirle al señor que atiende para ver si me daba alguna solución se iso el desentendido por esa razón JAMAS VOLVERIA A COMPRAR OTRO CARRO EN ESE DEALER.

This auto shop runs a scam business! On April 10, 2020 when my car was at 80,000 miles, my car engine began to overheat while I was driving to work, which smoke billowing out and everything. The engine temperature, check engine, and service throttle lights all turned on. I decided to try this auto shop out. I took it here and they quoted me a price of $1717.21 for repairs. The repair was a new hose, new coolant, cleaning my engine of anti-freeze, and two new brake pads (which weren't necessary but I elected to get them repaired...I'm kicking myself for saying yes).Fast forward to April 27, 2020, when my car was at 81,000. My engine temperature light turned on and I was warned that the engine temperature was hot yet again. Except this time, there was no smoke. However, my check engine and service throttle lights turned on. Sure enough, I brought the car back to this shop, I spoke to the manager Ricky and told him how this should not be happening. He said "don't worry, we'll take care of it." He called me that day and told me it was a sensor issue and he quoted me some absurd fee. When it was all said and done, I agreed to a $475 plus tax fee for repairs. Now I'm in the hole $2,232.71 for repairing this car.May 16, I'm driving home from work and what turns on? Ah yes, the engine temperature light turns on. For a THIRD time in the span of a month and a half, the same issue happened. No smoke but I'm alerted of the issue. So I drive all the way back to the shop, I see that they're closed, so I park my car on the street with plans to come back the next day. As I park my car on a side street, close by I discover a foreign object in the crevice of my hood. When I pop open the hood, I find a footlong pair of pliers, likely belonging to THIS scam service center. The next day, I go to the shop and ask to speak to Ricky. I tell him that I REFUSE to pay a penny for this repair, including labor. I told him that I will file complaints with the NJ State Attorney General's Office. I ask for a refund arising from my previous repairs of the car or else I'm taking them to small claims court. I got ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, ZIP!These people are CROOKS, they run a SHAM PRACTICE, and they messed with the wrong person to think that they could scam me! For your viewing pleasure, I'm attaching images of the pliers that I found on my car as well as my dashboard when this engine overheating issue happened the THIRD TIME. This place is run by clowns who couldn't repair cars to save their lives! So to think that they could scam me! This place is horrible. I came by to replace my O2 sensor. When my mom brought the car back I drove it a couple miles to school and the car barely took me back home. The engine light came back on and now the car can’t drive or switch gears. The car never had a problem before. The car’s transmission broke Ricky the owner told me and makes a weird sound that I never heard before. It is like someone was playing with the car when they were getting it fixed. He told me the car was fine when he fixed but he knows he did something wrong and it’s not cheap to fix. He refused to fix it and says he can’t fix transmissions. Also he tried charging me $500 to get a O2 sensor replaced! He ended up fixing it for $120 if I ordered the part. All he cares about is my money. He does not care about you or your car.I made a mistake letting him work on my car after he tried ripping me off.
