“I’m not sure why anyone gave Empire 1 star, but I can absolutely confirm that Empire did an absolutely fantastic job with my car. I got into an accident, and needed my headlight, fender, and bumper replaced. They gave me an estimated date that it would be ready, but also told me it could be longer depending on the shipment of parts they needed. My car is a specialty color from the manufacturer, so obviously they had to make sure everything matched. It did take a bit longer than expected, but Jennifer and Juan (the owner) were both extremely communicative about the car. They even did some extra cleaning and detailing because they know my lease is about to be up.
When I went to pick up my car, it looks perfect. However, I noticed the front passenger tire was completely flat. They immediately put the donut on for me. It took less than 10 minutes. My tire had exploded from the heat and the shop was in no way at fault for this. I also opted to add rim and tire insurance to my lease since we have black rims and knew they would get scuffed up.
Everyone there was so kind, and so helpful. When I asked to pay with a credit card, Jennifer personally made sure I knew every cent I would have added to the final price in taxes based on my amount due.
I will always bring my car to empire. They were so amazing, my partner and I ordered lunch for all of the employees for being so amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.”
