Terrible service with the night cashier, they should fire him, he left me waiting half an hour to give me an Uber order for nothing and he never gave it to me I ended up canceling the order because he never gave it to me and I didn't want to say anything to him so as not to fight

These people are so Rude, you say hello to them they ignore you, too busy playing to be courteous...don't go there expecting friendly services..for no good reason, friendly interaction is not gonna happen even if you never did anything to them, even tho they know nothing about you..brace yourself

I was treated poorly by a cashier because she couldn't speak English fluently and after getting assistance still did it get my order right and the person whom assisted her barely spoke English as well. I wanted 10 wings for 5 a pack of back woods and a black and mild for my partner. What made it wise is that everyone was speaking in Spanish. After speaking to a young male who came behind the counter and walking to him and whispering as he prepared my food was not comfortable. Once she got my wings, and I assisted her with finding my tobacco products she then charged me 20 bucks and needed help to fix the price and as she got more frustrated with the situation. The cashier put my order in the bag before I could see what she put in the bag and I walked out. Once In my car my partner realized we got the wrong stuff and I went back after traveling 5 blocks. I went back in politely and was handled like I interrupted a conversation, like a was a nigga and I was the problem. The young Spanish girl began blaming me when I was clear with my order which she had messed up twice before I left the store. The young Spanish male asked for a receipt and I told him I didn't have it. The young guy spoke in Spanish to the girl as she walk to grab the correct item and she still didn't understand so he'll walked over and kicked the box of black and mild and I looked in shock. The young lady came back then the young man asked me for a receipt. I then said to the young man I just left here you prepared my wings and handed them to the young lady when she messed up my order and I came right back she gave me the wrong one. The girl begin telling blaming me and then asked what I was gonna do and I said nothing your a woman I'm going to do a complain cause now I'm angry. You messed up from the beginning and now it's my fault this is not good customer service. The girl slammed her hands on the counter and smashed the black and mild I already paid and threatened me. She then said what am I going to do again and I told we her do what's within my rights and files a complaint. The girl laughed as I asked her name and the young mans. He gave me a receipt that fell off the counter. I then Said why is she talking to me is she the manager, or you he said no and I said now I got it. I went back to the car to check the bag got the whole bag returned it as the girl continued to yell and exchange words with me. The young man returned my money to my card. I said to him she talking but I'm talking to you and she messed my order up the last time and you know it so why is she mad. She is mad Ignorant this is America learn English instead of being mad cause the line was long. As this went on a day per customer put his finger to him mouth telling me the black man to be quiet not the young lady and I told him to mind his business.
