The place claims to open at 10am but in reality they open at 11am. Stood here on 11/21/22 at 10am in the freezing cold and waited for a whole hour and they FINALLY opened at 11am.

I’m all about good customer service, and I have to say that the customer service at this store is excellent, from the moment I called to inquire information to the time I left with my phone fixed. It took them less than half hour to get it fixed at a reasonable cost. Thanks for the amazing service. May God continue to bless this store.

This fellow Romero has the patience of a saint!!!Please go that store....6113 Bergenline ave. West New York.They care!!!He cares!!!Romero brought back my old_fashioned, out_dated phone back to life.I cannot even says "thanks" enough.Sometimes, a customer wants what a customer wants.Awesome technician!!!!!!!!!!Its 10 stars instead of 5.Trust me....he is the "go to" guy.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 Edge as "new" and it was refurbished, plus it costed me $450 and you get a refurbished phone on Amazon for less than $200 and even unlocked. A new Samsung Galaxy S9 Edge for $420 on Amazon. Then they said why people like to buy stuff online.
