It’s impossible to meet with customer service here! There’s a one week grace period to change or close certain accounts, I’ve been trying to get to MY money for 2 weeks …They took the money quickly, just can’t get it back

Phoned them and audio so weak couldn’t understand the person who answered. Had a simple question about if a downloaded deposit had cleared. Finally gave up and hung up. This is the worst bank. Will close account, refinance mortgage and switch to a real bank soon. Roast in hell Mr. Wells and Mr. Fargo.

Very difficult to meet with a banker at this branch. Appointments often fully booked for multiple days.Nearby Ringwood branch has better banker availability.
