I have been to the UPS store many times for printing out items for school, printing personal items, and Amazon returns. I am the one who always walks in with a box and 2 bag loads of returns to be scanned…I am always very organized with the codes all attached to return bags to make to process go easier. They are always so accommodating, helpful and friendly at the store. I always appreciate their patience with me. Thank you!

The staff here is always helpful patient and accommodating. Happy to patronize this convenient location. The staff Recently went above and beyond to help resolve two issues I had as to not inconvenience a mom with two small children in tow. Thank you!

I would recommend a different UPS store but NOT the one in West Milford NJ. They deliberately overcharged me. When I questioned the teller, he doubled down and said other places charge even more. When I got home, I saw he charged me twice for the same thing!

The customer service was great. They were very nice and very helpful. I was so happy with their service. I've been coming to this store for years. They are very professional. Over all I am happy with their service.

Jashim and Robbani and team are so professional, helpful and friendly that I actually look forward to my weekly UPS Amazon returns. Do not believe any negative review bc they are are absolutely untrue. I’ve been coming to this UPS for years and they have been the friendliest, helpful crew that have been fortunate to be a customer of. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff and manager are rude and disrespectful. Jashim is rude, doesn't know how to say please or thank you, touched my personal belongings without my permission and raised his voice at me. The manager, Robbani isn't any better. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different UPS store.

Lame that they wouldn’t offer the 36” of tape required to submit my Amazon return without selling me an entire roll or making me drive home to tape the box. Must have changed owners because this place didn’t use to suck.

Super efficient! I’m always in and out in a flash. The staff are so fast at attending to the line and processing multiple kinds of transactions at the same time (Amazon returns, shipping)…they are focused on getting the task done as quickly as possible.
