I'm not really the type to leave reviews, so I let this ride for a while. I also believe that the used car industry is probably not an easy one to be involved in. However, I do believe in integrity, and using it while conducting business. With that being said, not sure if the majority of reviews here are fake, or people who haven't had their cars for more than a few days.
We had bought 3 cars from Ramsey, (2 work vehicles, and a personal vehicle) all around the same time.
All 3 vehicles have been back for multiple issues, all of which were not resolved. They couldn't even get any one of the vehicles inspected prior to being purchased.
Ramsey will definitely get you approved if you're in a pinch, or have bad credit, at an insane interest rate (not their fault). However you will most likely be purchasing a vehicle that has been pieced together, and their mechanics are incompetent.
My personal vehicle had the low oil light come on 2 miles down the road, the same day it was purchased. They told me it was just a sensor, and replaced it. They put 4 new tires on before the car was purchased. The entire time I had the car, one of the tires lost air, and needed filled every few days. I'm easy going, and I never mentioned it. I brought the car back because of a few noises, shakes, and a little loss of power every now and then. They told me that there was no issues, other than the transmission fluid was low, and they topped it off. This was after only a few weeks with the car.
On two different occasions, the car would not start, and had no power. I replaced the battery to no avail. I paid to have them tow the car to their shop, and take a look. They charged me for a new valve stem for the tire. I told them it'd been an issue the entire time I had the car, and was called a liar. Not a big deal, but did not appreciate being called a liar. They tightened one of the battery terminals, and replaced the serpentine belt. I was charged for all of this, despite paying $2000 extra for a warranty. Again, not a big deal, stuff happens. When I picked up the car, one of the pieces of the dash was hanging on the petals. It couldn't be driven like this because electrical cables were attached underneath, and the panel couldn't just be removed. Nobody mentioned the issue, they were ready for me to drive away like this. I left the car, since it was the weekend, and I was sure the clip would need to be ordered. When I called a few days later, they said "oh I thought you knew it was going to be ready for you the same day." When I picked up the car, all they did was put a self-tapper through the panel, to hold it in place.
Now, it's been a few hundred miles since the serpentine belt had been replaced, and today the new belt came off the pulleys. Now I'm wondering if it had something to do with the tensioner pulley, if it wasn't checked, or why it wasn't replaced, or if the belt wasn't installed properly.
One of the work trucks had been back for several issues, and the entire time the metal gas tank had been hanging with a broken fuel tank strap. We were unaware until we finally took it to another mechanic, who fixed all the issues that Ramsey was unable to, got the check engine lights off, and pointed out the gas tank issue. (Explains why the gas gauge quit working below half a tank, the entire time having the truck, and why one of the check engine codes was fuel system related)
The second work truck had been in multiple times for a loss of power, and the last time they said it just needed an oil change, which they did. The truck still has cylinder misfires, and is going to another mechanic to get the issue resolved for real.
Extremely unhappy overall. Issues with work trucks means decreased productivity, resulting in less revenue, not to mention the costs of repairs. And my personal vehicle is used 2 or 3 times

I already gave a review but I'd like to give a second.
I bought my Tahoe from them and had a problem and thought they're never going to fix it ,and they did!!
I'm so happy ,I love my truck !They were super great at fixing the problem.
My sister bought a vehicle with the same situation at another Car lot and they did not fix the problem and caused her a lot of grief so I'm grateful for how they handled it!!!
I can't really express how excited I am about my vehicle now!!
