“My husband urgently needed antibiotics and drops for an ear infection. Our Dr had sent the Rx to the Walgreens across the street and first they told us they never received it, but would text us when it was ready. Closing time came and went and we never heard from Walgreens so we called the West Milford Pharmacy, explained what happened and they told us to come right over and get his meds as it was important that he start his course of medication. They told us that Walgreens had in fact filled the Rx and charged our insurance, they just failed to contact us. The staff was friendly and competent, explaining to us how to go about getting the Walgreens Rx reversed so we could be compensated. We will be switching to this pharmacy from now on….they were a pleasure to deal with, competent and professional.”

“They have so many different options to customize your photos. Many different print sizes, posters and magnet options. Very helpful staff and an easy to use Walgreens cell phone we app. Very fast pick ups available. You can even drop off the old cameras that you found in your nightstand and get them developed. It takes a few days but it's worth it. Many Walgreens have the photo department and I recommend them highly.”

“Definitely one of the best Walgreens! Despite being a busy shop, there's still a small town feel in the way the pharmacists seem to know and take the extra time to help customers navigate Rx red tape, insurance denials, need for authorizations and other barriers that come up. Phone system can be a nightmare, but the in-person pharmacists are first-rate.”

“If this were last year, my rating wouldn't be as high — I agree with many other reviewers that the pharmacy used to be an absolute nightmare, and many of the store's staff behaved like they'd rather be anywhere else. Now, however, things seem to have improved. I've used the pharmacy a few times over the past few months because other pharmacies in town weren't able to get certain meds, but Walgreens could — and the pharmacy's customer service both over the phone and in person was excellent each time. I know how hard the medical industry has been hit since the pandemic and the lack of professionals makes everything stack up and back up, but it's how staff treats customers that makes the difference, and the pharmacy has indeed stepped it up a big notch. I really hope that continues. For the rest of the store's staff, many have also improved their service and attitudes, although there are still a few who apparently didn't get the memo. But overall it's now a much more enjoyable and much less frustrating experience, and I hope that continues, too.”
