Matt is a true gem. Had a car that had been parked for a year. It was at 3 other shops. Was told it was motor, it was computer etc. etc. Matt not only fixed the car, it runs like it used to.
Matt is knowledgeable, reasonably priced but most of all understands the importance of customer service ,which is lacking these days at alot of garages. Motorheadz has earned a loyal customer in me.

These guys are awesome. Fair price and work is done in a timely manner. Will give it to you straight up rather than just telling you your vehicle needs a bunch of work. Highly recommend and will only bring my cars here.

High quality BMW service better than the dealer! I found my new BMW mechanics!
My 2015 328xi had a turbo issue that was likely going on for a while that the dealer probably shrugged off when I told them the car was jumping when quickly accelerating. Anyway, MOTORHEADZ not only fixed the problem had my car running better than it has in years also resolving the acceleration issue! These mechanics are great, friendly, detail oriented, and seeming passionate about what they do.
They also did my breaks and replaced my windshield and again did a great job!
Don't get me wrong the service from route 23 BMW is stellar but I suspect they missed an issue with my turbo that turned into a leak and costly repair. BMW quoted me a small fortune to fix an $80 part to “cover miscellaneous issues”, need less to say it stressed me out. Had been going to Motorheadz over the years for previous cars and they recently changed hands and they chose the right people to take over! Highly recommend!

I recently had my car serviced at Motorheadz and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. When I arrived, the team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain the issues with my car (which was an AC compressor) thoroughly and provided a detailed estimate before starting any repairs. The job was done efficiently, and I had no further issues.

My husband bought me a 2002 bmw convertible and he brought it to motorheadz garage to have it checked out because it was misfiring. They found the problem fixed it and they even checked it out further to make sure everything else was good. Amazing service, very professional! They are also very nice guys ! We had the car back within a few days and we couldn't be happier.

Excellent! The service I received from Matt and his team was fantastic! Not only was he willing to work on a complex BMW issue, but he was hands-on throughout all the stages of work to be completed. From the diagnosis, to the options for repair and choices for a solution to the problem, Motorheadz helped me throughout all the processes to fix my car. Also, pricing was totally fair and reasonable, keeping me, the customer, in mind. I totally appreciate having Matt at Motorheadz be the highest quality local shop for me and would encourage others with foreign cars to give him a call at their next need for service.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up my one car I had left there to be checked out. On the way there my check engine light came in in my jeep and was throwing a code for a misfire. I was in a rush and had no time to spare. They figured out the cause and got me up and running within 30 minutes. Great shop. Good guys and very fair. Definitely recommend to anyone

I needed to get new brakes and was searching for a local mechanic. I came across all the great reviews for Motorheadz and stopped in for an estimate. Matt was super helpful and took my car in right away to check it over. Long story short, my brakes were done in a day and my car is working great. Can't thank Matt and the guys at Motorheadz enough for being so accommodating and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely a hidden gem in West Milford. Matt and his team are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and friendly. The most important things you look for in a place when entrusting your vehicle for repairs. My car was fixed right the first time and it didn’t take forever. Matt even spotted some things that a previous repair shop had overlooked. Even more importantly, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! He’s definitely made me a steady customer. I highly recommend Motorheadz if you are looking for a reliable and honest vehicle repair company.??
