We already bought the part, but DIY installation (even with YouTube) proved to be more difficult. James patiently listened to our "parts" story, assured us it wasn't a problem .. didn't overcharge us and we picked up our vehicle right on schedule. We'll definitely be giving Highlander Auto out business again.

Eric, the owner of Highlander Auto, was professional and thorough in his approach to auto care. The service he provided was fast and friendly. The last time I visited Eric for an oil change, he did an overall check of my vehicle and suggested I would be needing new front brakes pads in the near future. Yesterday, I went for my appointment for an oil change and to have the brakes replaced. During a thorough evaluation, Eric let me know I actually did NOT need brakes at this time and showed me the pads. I want to acknowledge an honest mechanic.
