They had to keep the care for just about the same time as they'd estimated. Everything went as smoothly as they promised and felt completely seamless. The car itself was as good as new, and you'd never know it'd been in an accident. All damaged components replaced, paint precisely matches, car runs fine.

“Needed a new front bumper/headlight/numerous other parts. Bobby was persistent in making sure parts arrived in a timely manner and the attention to detail was noticeable. Aside from obvious damage i had small cosmetic issues that only someone who loves their car would be upset about. Everything's fixed and the paint job looks like the original factory bumper. An insurance issue also left me having to pay out of pocket, and Bobby worked with me on a price that left me able to sleep at night. “What a great feeling to have when you can actually thrust some one to work on your personal car. A week ago, on my way to work, I had hit a deer in my insurance wasn't cover deer protection plan, and my car was really bad. I looked every where to get an estimate to get my car and every one was trying to hassle me on the prices, until I reached out to Finesse Auto Body Inc in Greenvwood Lake, I actually spoke to the president of the shop name Gerry, from the time I met this man to the time I drop my car there to get work on it was nothing but pure love, professional, detailing, welcoming feeling etc, they're helping me with a car rental for free while they were working on my car. I get courtesy text to make sure that the work was been etc... Wow...the Receptionist, Fine lady too may i say, she was very nice handle my paper works, explaining to me about the procedures and how long it will takes for them to finish the body work etc...
Within less than a week, they were done with everything, I get a call to come pick up my baby, Oh my God, I didn't recognized my Bimma anymore, it looks better than it was before, what a job they did on the car, they even went overboard fixing more stuffs without even charge me extra money, their prices was excellent as well, they worked with you, make sure everything are taking care of! Listen, I am telling ya, any body who want work to be done on their cars i highly recommend Finesse Auto Body Inc. They deserve a 10 stars. Great job guys, great teams and excellent communications skills, very professional and most of all very respectful.
