Comcast, you are one horrible company, with too many misleading commercials. With what was, at one time, a somewhat easy company to speak with an agent at all hours, now provides the best type of run-around with automation for this longtime customer with no resolve.
This company owes this customer 3 hours of non-service, so let’s see if that ever comes to be.
Edit: Well, as a result of speaking, and I say this lightly, with 3 individuals who either provide incorrect information or do not listen, being forced to do things, and not being able to reach ANY other extension, the rating is now 1 stars. Way to go Comcast, didn’t know a company could actually get any worse in such a short amount of time.

I chatted with 3 different agents. I can never speak with a live person. The chats dont work!! I'm going to the store to see if they can help me. Terrible service!!!!!!

Bryan Tantillo the manager was absolutely amazing.
It should be a model in customer service followed by all xfintiy stores.
During the weekend I had the opposite customer experience at the Union NJ location where I waited for a significant period od time with nobody actually carining eneough to help me.
First, Bryan quelled any angst the moment I walked through the door - asking for my name and we will see what my issue is in couple of minutes.
My phone was not charging for three days.
The charging port was damaged.
Instead of many costly options other individuals had reccomended!
He informed me my Motorola Razr maintained wireless charging capabilities that I was not aware of!
He showed me in the store and allowed me to charge it in the store.
It's difficult in this world to actually deal with people who genuinley listen and care about solving your problems.

Xfinity has blocked i24 news out of Israel. Every channel on my cable is working with the exception of this one. Can’t be an accident as I happen to also have the ap on my phone which I pay to I24 and it is working fine. Hope this is temporary and not Antisemetism on the part of xfinity

This business model where if you’re dropping off equipment you have to wait in line with ppl who are there to spend 30 minutes setting up service is ridiculous. This employee named BRIAN is so rude. Dropping off an internet box took 20 minutes and made me late for work. And let’s talk about why I canceled the service in the first place. Xfinity will take money from your bank account over charging you. And doesn’t give refunds. They did this to me two me 3 times.

Even though I was leaving Xfinity after so many years in Store West LB Andrew was very nice and helpful with returns. Xfinity is just too expensive for me!!!

I was so pleased with Zachary Byrd!!! He was so professional and his customer service was exceptional!! He went above and beyond to make sure the experience my mother and I had as a first time customer would be one to remember. It was his patience and explaining everything so thoroughly that made us want to become a Xfinity customer. He answered every question we had and listened very attentively to make sure we had a clear understanding. It’s not often you come across people as genuine as Zachary that take pleasure in helping customers the way he did for us. Thank you so much again!!

The people at this store are the very best. Nice and knowledgeable.I go there instead of calling xfinity for the smallest things. Calling xfinity always ends up bad, going there always ends well. Thank you to the people at this xfinity store.
