Understaffed in the pharmacy , love the fact that they are open 24/7Wait times for medicine can be 2 hours or more.Picking up can be a chore due to long lines.

Pharmacy customer service is appalling - just spent 37+ minutes on hold "waiting for the next available customer rep" so I could check the status of two prescriptions that were phoned in by my doctor over four hours ago, The pharmacy either needs much more help or they need to actually answer the phone.

The Walgreens on route 36 in west long branch is a joke. Drop a script off at 5:50 pm and doesn't get done until 9:20 that's absolutely insane. The slowest pharmacy ever. Completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to get involved at this point!!!!

Absolutely a waste of time to continue giving this place your business. I made an appointment for a vaccine at 7:00 and at 8:16 they still have not called me in . I waited in a twenty person line while the understaffed technician gave everyone an attitude. Terrible experience, and I will be changing where i get my prescriptions from . Do not waste your time going here .

As a provider I should not have to wait on hold over an hour to write a script for a pt because the pharmacy doesn't have a voicemail. Beyond mind blowing. And then they hang up on me after waiting... literal joke
