Hate to be the "I want to speak to your manager" type, but I would think if it's your job to work with the public you'd be more inclined to not give an attitude when asked a question.

The bald young guy who works there is a real idiot. He is not very helpful at all, and always looks at me and my son in a obnoxious way. He can't even help you put a damn stamp on a letter!!!!
