The people at Two Rivers Title were a pleasure. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and took the drama out of the process. Many thanks to paralegal Antonella Crugnale and our closing notary, Belinda.

I had quite of few problems and if I were you I would avoid.First off MS Kubis-Benedetto was unprepared. We had to wait a half an hour after our scheduled time while she printed off documents. As we went through the documents, I noticed that the price was not correct because it did not include the $2500 discount, we had negotiated due to faulty windows. She loudly announced that "this was a total disaster" and spent the rest of the closing, making and taking phone calls, trying to focus the blame of this mistake on others, instead of focusing on our closing. When we got to page 2 section H of the closing detail I asked what the monthly HOA details were and she said they were $63 a month. I asked her again if she was sure, because half of the listings had the HOA dues were $160 a month and the others said they were $160 a quarter. She said she was sure and pointed at the $63.Underneath that line there are two $500 charges for the HOA. I asked her to explain what they were. She said one was a processing fee and the other was an advance payment of HOA dues. She was wrong on both accounts. The monthly HOA fee is $163. The second $500 was a membership fee that the HOA charges in addition to the processing fee.The listing she provided as part of the contract had the age of the dwelling wrong. It is not an 1997 condo, it is a 1979 I which confirmed with the tax accessors office. When we were finished with the closing, she did not have the keys to the home. She said comeback tomorrow and maybe she could find them.Later that day after I had driven back to hotel, I was staying at in Toms River, she found them and I had to drive back to Little Silver.Because of her mistakes I am paying $1700 more than what I signed for in my contract this year.
