“I was a new customer when I arrived seeking repair or possibly replacement of a tire whose pressure had dropped fast. A friend recommended Mavis -- in the past I had been loyal to a small tire business, but the owners sold it and I didn't like my customer experience with the new owners ("the wait could be hours; we may need you to leave your car here for a day or two...."). I went on to the Mavis website and to my surprise (1) they had a super-easy online appointment scheduling system, (2) appointments were available immediately, and (3) I made the appointment on the spot. My car was taken in right away. Aside from how much time it would take for the repair, my other concern was whether I would get an honest assessment which my prior vendor had always given. I should not have worried. The tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Mavis could easily have sold me a new tire (how would I know), but they told the truth and charged me $25 for the repair, when I had expected to shell out a whole lot more. Service was friendly, fast and so easy. I am now a Mavis customer!”
“I brought my car for front brakes after another shop told me I needed them but the price was extremely high. I decided to shop around and came across State Tire & Auto Center and saw their good reviews. They told me my brakes still had about 5,000 miles left on them and didn't need to be replaced right away. I appreciate their honesty and definitely will be back.”

“This Goodyear is the best. I showed up at 7:45 with a piece of metal in my tire. I was traveling from Eatontown to North Carolina. Juan(service Mgr.) took me in at7:45. Three techs worked on my Dodge Van replacing two tires and replacing the temp spare back underneath the vehicle. I was out and on the way home by 9:00. They could have lied and said it was something other than a 30 min job, but they didnt. $40 and it was fixed. Their prices are great, and if something doesn't need to be replaced, they'll tell you. “I would like to give 10 stars if I could. Matt's shop truly saved my family from being stranded in NJ on Monday night with my family of 5 and mom. We called at 5pm stating what was wrong with my car after finding out there was no oil in it. They stated they would look at it but not guarantee. When we got there they quickly put it in the garage and started working on it. They stayed after closing just to fix it. They are great people got us home and van is running great now. “A real professional mechanic, highly recommended, not anyone who fix something called mechanic, but Michael he's the best one out there, I had a problem with my hybrid car and it's something hard to fix , I took it to 2 different mechanics and they said they couldn't do it, and the dealer said it's a big job it might take 2 weeks to fix it. Here michael did it in one day and the car is good now, hybrid system works perfectly. Thank you michael”
