I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in the store. I use this store all the time and am very happy with the service. If you treat the employees with respect they will do the same.

6:22pm and we were sent away by the employee that was still inside because they were closed. It's supposed to close at 6:30. I had a 5 second drop-off.

This is the worst ups store I’ve ever been to. To begin the lady behind with the desk is just so nasty, perhaps she needs a different job. Doesn’t seem to like this one. On top of that she just charged me $2 to slap on a piece of tape no bigger than 2 inches wide. I questioned it and she just gave me a nasty attitude.... read full comment
