very rude and lazy staff. only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of one is because they never messed up on my stuff, but their attitude and laziness is nauseating

Tonight I brought an envelope that wasn't taped. Rushing out the house I forgot about it. The man at the counter charged me $2 for him to tape it. I didnt want to have it be a waste of a trip, so I paid it. Not sure if this is normal policy, but $2 for 1 strip of tape seems excessive.
