Jim is absolutely amazing! I have had the same problem from the time I purchased my refrigerator in 2019! Multiple technicians have attempted to correct the problem. Jim was the only one to notice a missing tube inside the refrigerator door. if you could request a specific technician, I would only request Jim in the future! He’s quick, thorough, skilled and personable! Jim deserves more than five stars!

Do not use this company. Their customer service and overall communication is non-existent. They charged my card without sending me a receipt, and when I called to ask for one, they were going through "system upgrades" and asked me to call back. I also called to cancel my service and receive a refund because of the lack of communication. My service was not cancelled and my refund never came. They just try to pass you onto the next phone number until you give up trying.
