DO NOT BUY CARS HERE. These guys tried to sell me a car that was so mechanically flawed and dangerous It should not be on the roads let alone be sold by a dealer WITH AN INSPECTION. I dont know who is inspecting their cars but im pretty sure you need all 4 sets of brakes and rotors. Pretty sure the frame isnt supposed to be rusted out so bad the car actually flexes when it hits a bump. Yet somehow they have a June 2024 inspection on the car. God forbid you mention any of this and youll either get the slimiest lie or outright rage as as a response. These people buy junk at the auction, have some one scamming inspections, and are retailing these death traps to customers. Lookong at all the other 1 star reviews now i shouldnt have even gone there. Wackjobs

Avoid this place at all costs! This place is an absolute nightmare. I went in to check out a car I was seriously considering buying, and it was a complete disaster from the moment I walked in.
First, the car I came to see was not even on the lot. They tried to show me a completely different car, claiming it was "just as good." It was a total junker, with rust spots, a cracked windshield, and a flat tire. I couldn’t believe they thought I would be interested in such a piece of trash. When I asked to see the car I originally came for, they told me it was "in the shop" and would be ready soon. I waited for over an hour in their disgusting, cramped waiting area. The place smelled like mold and stale cigarettes. There were no refreshments, to say the least. When the car finally arrived, it was even worse than the first one they showed me. The engine made a terrible grinding noise, the check engine light was on, and the interior looked like a pack of wild animals had lived in it. The salesman had the audacity to tell me it was "just a minor issue" and that the car would be "finished up and inspected by tomorrow". He was pushy, obnoxious, and clearly had no idea what he was talking about. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and completely frustrated. This place is a total scam, and they clearly have no regard for their customers or the vehicles they sell. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Royalton Auto. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Absolutely horrendous.

These guys are absolute scammers. Do not do business with Royalton auto enterprises. They sell broken cars and hide cheap repair jobs to push through vehicles that should not pass inspection. They even collected tax from an out of state sale, causing the customer to pay taxes twice, and refused to reimburse. Stay as far away as possible from this business.

This is a horrible company that literally laughs at its customers to their face after ripping them off. They lie, their cars are not inspected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
And just look at the response... they are clearly crazy, and completely unprofessional.

I bought a 2017 ram 2500 from this dealer less than 1 month ago. Since I bought it I've had to replace the calipers, rotors, fuel pump, and oil pan. These repairs total over $2500. Since it was less than 1 month, and the car is supposed to come in fully inspected condition when purchased from a dealer, and it was clearly not, I reached back out to Royalton auto to ask for some assistance in the repair bills. Since then I have been called multiple times from the owners basically laughing at me telling me I'm an idiot for getting the repairs done. And that I should just talk to their lawyer (whose identity they haven't yet reveled). I'll add some screenshots of their text messages to try to reflect the level of "professionalism" I received from the owner and salesman.

Bobby and Kenny were very kind and patient to a customer who thought they were blowing her off. Plain and simply put: they’re busy. And at the end of the day, I made a seamless three hour trip in the bus of my dreams. A BIG thanks to you guys!!! Word of advice: take it easy on them. They’ve got you!
