“10/31/23: I just had to handle an issue for a family member whose medication could not be processed through insurance. I spoke to LIZ (PHARMACIST) and (I'm sure she set herself back because greedy Walgreens Corporate expects her to work like AI/a Robot.) she was genuine, sincere, fast, efficient, advised about the value of ointment as opposed to the cream, and she deserves To be honoreed. You know, the pharmacists' and the clerks' jobs are hard. On top of Covid-19 and all of the demands, protocols and other tasks created for employees in the pharmacy, they are expected to work "non-stop," at an elevated/fast pace all day and night! Pharmacists often work 12 hour days. Have some mercy for them. They want to make sure your order is accurate and they want to do their jobs well. Most often, theirs' is a thankless job. Have mercy. Be kind. We are living in a different world now; a world that does not slow down and cares for no one. It's up to us as people to treat one another empathetically, and with honor where it is due.----------------Larry is very nice and helpful. The woman who works in cosmetics, I believe her name is Sophie, a complete and wonderful gem! Dealing with someone who does not want to help is like pulling one's eyeball through one's nostril so I am thankful for Larry and the woman who runs the cosmetics section... :)”

“Look this is a drugstore.. I'm 66 years old a retired Head Chef and Pagan. When I hurt which is often that's what you get for standing on your feet for 55 hrs a week. It takes its toll man but I wouldn't change it a bit. So I go go here and get attention and fell like I belong, I also get top grade :# 1 help. This is good to me for now its my time to get attention and not all those silly line cooks. They have help me many many times and it is always appreciated.. Not like those so called chain drugstores. So go to Stevens there are not many like around anymore... God Bless....”
