“I had posted a negative review of this store recently which I am retracting. I returned to the store today and spoke to one of the reps personally who took the time to explain why the additional charges on my bill were listed the way they were. I thought the billing process for a new phone was somewhat convoluted but he assured me they were onetime charges and my bill should revert to what it was previously at the next billing cycle. I will wait and see.”

They changed out my screen it was ready in less than an hour and all is great right now. If anything changes I will come back and update. But I think we're good!! Thank you”
